Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of front of the house food court operation, including staff management, scheduling and working with 6th Alley manager. Hands on leader for efficient and friendly guest service in food court style outlet with direct supervision of cashiers and bussers, cleanliness and stocking of all front of house areas including nightyly vacuuming, mopping, stocking and cleaning. Responsible for accurate management of cash drawers and closing procedures. Other duties as assigned.
Experience/Requirements
2 years supervisory experience 2 years customer service experience 3 years food and beverage experience, cash handling preferred
Physical Requirements
Lift 50 lbs 90% standing
Additional Requirements
Demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills Basic Microsoft Office skills Read, Speak, Write in English Must submit to background check
