Job Description
Responsible daily oversight and management of Food and Beverage outlet including guest service, cash handling and daily cleaning. This position will work in conjunction with the Black Mountain Lodge Chef and Sr. Manager of Food and Beverage. Responsible for creating a professional, positive, productive, and efficient work environment for employees and for guest experience at the Black Mountain Lodge. Other duties as assigned.
Experience/Requirements
5 Years Food and Beverage Experience 3 Years Management Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 Lbs 90% standing/walking
Additional Requirements
Demonstrates strong leadership, team building, communication and organizational skills. Speak, Read, Write, English
