Job Description
Responsible for all front of house aspects of A-Frame food and beverage operation including hiring, training, daily oversight and management of Food Court, Coffee Corner, and Sixth Alley Bar including guest service, cash handling and daily cleaning. This position will work in conjunction with the A-Frame Chef to create food and beverage experiences worth repeating. This position is responsible for writing and managing to annual revenue and expense budgets, monthly forecasting and inventory, purchase and stocking of liquor, Pepsi and coffee products, condiments and paper products and cleaning supplies. Responsible for creating a professional, positive, productive, and efficient work environment for employees and for guest experience in the A-Frame. Other duties as assigned.
Experience/Requirements
5 Years Food and Beverage Experience 3 Years Management Experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Physical Requirements
Lift 50 Lbs 90% standing/walking
