Job Description
Arapahoe Basin Cooks assist guests with food orders, prepare and cook food in an open-window food court environment while providing exceptional customer service. Typical job duties include, but are not limited to: prepping and monitoring level of food items, cleaning and sanitizing work stations throughout the day, preparing food items as ordered by guests, peeling, slicing, chopping, measuring and mixing ingredients. May use basic cooking skills to work on a line or in a cooking station, such as the broiler, fryer, oven, grill or sauté station. May have basic knife skills and typically works to a specific station or recipe set. Shutting down and deep-cleaning work stations at the end of the day, washing dishes, and special event set-up and tear down. Other duties as assigned. Successful candidates must be able to multi-task, process multiple orders while providing exceptional customer service.
1 year cooking experience. Previous customer service experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 30lbs.

Uniform provided. All food and beverage employees must maintain clean appearance, adhere to grooming standards, and provide their own approved non-slip footwear.
