Job Description
Experienced in a variety of kitchen situations, has advanced knife skills and can train to safety standards in knife/slicer/kitchen/etc. May have direct responsibilities in training, ordering, inventory, menu development, etc. May act as Kitchen MOD in Chef’s / Kitchen Manager absence. All functions of Basic & Intermediate – PLUS: • Prior supervisory experience in a similar style outlet • Strong training, coaching, discipline, motivation, and retention skills • Computer knowledge – MS office, purchasing, inventory, etc. • Assist in ordering, inventory, catering, etc. • Considered the Kitchen MOD when Chef / Kitchen Manager is not available • May prepare and execute catering functions, special events, outdoor grills, etc • Work with Chef/manager to develop SOPs, open/close lists • May open/close outlet – FOH and BOH o May need cash handling skills and safe counts, responsible for drops and computer closes • Other duties as assigned by management – other outlets, special events, working with vendors, product research, etc.
Experienced cook in a variety of kitchen situations. Previous customer service required
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 30lbs.

Uniform provided. All food and beverage employees must maintain clean appearance, adhere to grooming standards, and provide their own approved non-slip footwear.
