Arapahoe Basin's annual Moonlight Dinner Series highlights cuisine from mountain regions of the world, all specially sourced and prepared for these legendary dining experiences. This season, Food and Beverage Director Christopher Rybak welcomes Executive Chef Steven Vlass, who has years of culinary experience and passion for creativity to this unique dining experience at Black Mountain Lodge. Chef Vlass will take your palate on a journey around the world, sourcing the ingredients, spices and recipes that make for a memorable night. "These dinners are a night for everyone attending to enjoy and to be educated about a global cuisine," said Chef Vlass. Generally held on Saturdays during the full moon cycle and including live music and/or entertainment, these dinners allow A-Basin guests to experience the mountain in an intimate yet social evening setting while also enjoying the natural beauty of the outdoors.
