Located on the 2nd floor of the A-Frame, our slopeside porch is the perfect place to hold private parties or events! You can't beat the view - overlooking the lower mountain and Continental Divide - or the value!
Perch reservation pricing
Before March 8, 2013: Any day $200
March 9, 2013 through May 26, 2013: Mon-Fri $200; Sat & Sun $300
May 27, 2013 - Close 2013: Any day $200
Includes: BBQ grill, propane, seating for approximately 100 people, and one free parking spot in the pay-to-park Admin Lot.
Parties may start at 8:30am and must end by 5:30pm. Alcoholic beverages other than those provided by Arapahoe Basin are prohibited.

Cancellations: Full refund is given if cancelled outside of 14 days. Catering cancellations are handled separately and are subject to manager's discretion. Reservations cancelled inside 14 days will not be refunded.
