The crews are catching up. This morning, with his snowcat, Scott Buell was all over the Cornice Run and Grizzly. On top of that he track packed further down Columbine in Montezuma Bowl. The Ski Patrol was able to open Powerline, Norway, Cornice Run and West Wall. The powder skiing generated a lot of smiles. They are currently working on Slalom Slope and that will open either by the day's end or tomorrow morning. Following that, the Patrol will keep working to the North and eventually turn left and start moving into the North Side.
Today is a brisk, bluebird, powdery kind of ski day.
