Kay and I and some close friends enjoyed a spectacular Sunday powder day at The Basin. We skied all over the mountain including Standard, Roller Coaster and The Spine on the North Side, Beaver Bowl, Thick and Thin and Dreamcatcher in the Beavers and Jump and Gentling's Glade in Montezuma Bowl. Despite being a holiday weekend, we were finding powder stashes into the afternoon. The skiing was soft and fun and easy. All around the resort spirits were high and the vibe was so "A-Basin." Looking at Joel's forecast on Opensnow.com, we are going to do it again tomorrow and again on Tuesday. Forecast looks very good.
