YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Arapahoe Basin is committed to promoting skier and rider safety. In addition to people using traditional alpine ski equipment, you may be joined on the slopes by snowboarders, telemark or cross-country skiers, snowbikers, skiers with disabilities, skiers with specialized equipment, snowshoers, and others.

Always show courtesy to others and be aware that there are elements of risk in skiing and snowboarding that common sense and personal awareness can help reduce. Know your ability level and stay within it.

Winter sports involve risk of serious injury or death. Your knowledge, decisions, and actions contribute to your safety and that of others. If you need help understanding the Code, please ask any ski area employee.

No. Multi-Day Packs are photo-pass products tied to a specific individual. You cannot share pack days. We do not sell transferrable ticket packs.

Purchase a Multi-Day Pack before they sell out to get 3-5 days at the best price. We will not sell a Spring Pass and anticipate that Multi-Day Packs will sell out many months prior to the Spring ‘24 ski/ride season. You will spend significantly more purchasing single-day lift tickets so plan ahead if you want to visit in the spring (or whenever; planning ahead and buying early always saves you money).

Arapahoe Basin pass products are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under ANY circumstances including, but not limited to, unplanned closures, snow conditions, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or other acts of God. Arapahoe Basin has a long season, typically from October to June. That said, we never guarantee the length of our season. Historically, we have had years when our season opened later or closed early due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. Because we do not and cannot guarantee the length of a season, we do not refund season passes. We do not issue partial refunds on partly used Multi-Day, Fall, or College Packs. EX: If you purchase a 4-day pack and only use 2 days, you will not receive a refund for your unused days, and those days will not carry over to the next season. We will also not issue any kind of refunds on Fall products if we open later than usual (we do not have a set opening day). We open when we can and as soon as we can but see above about working with Mother Nature.

A-Basin discount friends and family tickets MUST be purchased online in advance via A-Basin's eStore. These tickets are not sold on-site and we sell out in advance of some weekends. NEW FOR 2023-24: Ikon friends and family tickets MUST be purchased in advance online using a voucher obtained from Ikon's website, first. Tickets must be bought online from our website in advance; we do not sell lift tickets on-site.
