Visit Guest Services to pick up the card for your lift access and bike pass. All other benefits are available as vouchers that load into your online store account. To redeem your vouchers, please log into your account at store.arapahoebasin.com. Vouchers will become redeemable as summer activities open for the season.

2025/26 Pass FAQ
IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED ANY A-BASIN PASS PRODUCT IN THE PAST, YOU WILL NEED A NEW CARD MEDIA THIS SEASON.
Pass & pack products will be mailed to the address provided at check-out. Need help? Guest Services is open from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. daily.
If you are purchasing an Adaptive Pass, the purchaser must provide our Guest Service office with an official document from their physician that says they are eligible for an adaptive pass at the time of pickup. Documents do not need to indicate the nature of the disability.
For the 25/26 winter season, we will have a parking reservation system in place on weekends and holidays from late December to spring time. A parking reservation will be in every lot. Same as last season, a limited number of parking passes will be available for purchase ahead of the season. More information to come.
New for the 25/26 winter season, Full Ikon Passholders have unlimited access to A-Basin.
Ikon Base Passholders have 5 days and Ikon Session passes have 2, 3, or 4 days.

No. Multi-Day Packs are photo-pass products tied to a specific individual. You cannot share pack days. We do not sell transferable ticket packs.

Buy Now, Ride Now! Purchase a 25/26 A-Basin Season Pass or Ikon Pass and start using your access this spring, starting March 31, 2025 through closing day (TBD).
We will not sell a Spring Pass. Purchase a Multi-Day Pack before they sell out to get 3-5 days at the best price. Plan ahead if you want to visit in the spring and purchase a Multi-Day Pack (or whenever; planning ahead and buying early always saves you money).

Friends & family tickets may also be redeemed in person at our Guest Services office.
We will re-print your A-Basin or Ikon Pass for free one time. After the first time, there will be a $5 charge each time you need your pass to be re-issued.
You must be 70+ years old at the time of purchase to qualify for a senior pass.
In most cases, yes. You can apply what you spent on a Multi-Day Pack to a full-season pass for the same season but ONLY IF the full-season pass is still available. You will pay whatever the pass price is at the time of your upgrade. Only valid in the same season.
No. All A-Basin passes are season-specific, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
For a limited time only, individuals who purchase one of the 2025-2026 Arapahoe Basin season passes listed below will receive a promotional credit (“A-Basin Credit”) which can be used for online purchases at store.arapahoebasin.com and on-site retail, rental, day ticket, and snowsports products at A-Basin.
Individuals who purchase a 2025-2026 A-Basin Adult Season Pass, Adult Renewal Season Pass, Senior (70+) Season Pass, Military Adult Season Pass, or Adult Adaptive Season Pass during the promotional period will receive a $50 A-Basin Credit. Individuals who purchase a 2025-2026 A-Basin Youth Season Pass, Youth Renewal Season Pass, or Adaptive Youth Season Pass during the promotional period will receive a $25 A-Basin Credit.
Purchasers who qualify for this promotion will receive their A-Basin Credit promo code via email by October 1, 2025. A-Basin credits may be used between October 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026.
Not applicable to 2025-2026 IKON Pass purchases. A-Basin Credits are only available for use toward online purchases at store.arapahoebasin.com and toward on-site and in-person retail, rental, day ticket, and snowsports product purchases at A-Basin. A-Basin Credits are not applicable to and not available for use at A-Basin food and beverage locations, unless used toward a food and beverage event for sale at store.arapahoebasin.com. A-Basin Credits can be redeemed at time of purchase. All purchase and sales transactions using A-Basin Credits (in whole or in part) are final sale and non-refundable.
Use of A-Basin Credits constitutes use of the associated 2025-2026 A-Basin season pass. A-Basin Credits are issued for loyalty and promotional purposes only. They are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value. Any unused 2025-2026 A-Basin Credits will expire on May 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. MT.
